Regular Fees

The Conference registration fee includes:

  • participation in all open technical sessions
  • entrance to the exhibition
  • refreshment breaks
  • lunches
  • Conference proceedings in CD
  • one ticket for the symposium banquet (not for student registration)
    [extra ticket can be purchased at US$100]

Note 1. All invited session organizers, invited presenters, presenters, chairs, committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. The final decision shall rest with the symposium chair.

Note 2. Exchange rate: 1 US dollar = 7.8 HK dollars

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing on or before 30 September 2007 will be 90% refunded. Written request for cancellations received between 30 September 2007 and 30 October 2007 will be 50% refunded. No refunds will be made after 30 October 2007. Substitution may be made any time.
